Return and Refund Policy
At Livsol Innovations Private Limited, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at care@luvottica.com, luvotticaindia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items.
2.2 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3.2 Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 3-5 days.
3.3. Refund Terms: Amount will be refunded after deducting shipping costs of both sides and handling charges.
3.3 Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at care@luvottica.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at care@luvottica.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund. This only applies to the product received in damaged and defective condition. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
Products damaged while being misuse, do not qualify for a replacement or exchange. You may claim a refund, return or exchange if purchased item defective within 3 days of receipt, 100% free of charge.
6. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
